Why agencies use it

We give you back time, money, and attention for your patients

Save time

No more chasing expired cards, re-printing sign-off sheets, or building the survey or inspection binder by hand. Staff update their own credentials from their phone, and the surveyor file builds itself.

Save money

One flat monthly price for your whole agency, unlimited staff. Avoid the cost of a citation, a plan of correction scramble, or paying an employee who turns out to be on the federal exclusion list.

Spend it with patients

Your nurses, aides, medics, and managers got into this work for patients, not paperwork. Every hour the platform saves is an hour back at the bedside, in the home, or on the truck.

The problem

The paperwork surveyors and inspectors cite is the paperwork nobody has time for

Your EMR or ePCR handles visits, run reports, and billing. The compliance file around your staff and your policies usually lives in binders, spreadsheets, and someone's memory, until the surveyor walks in.

"Show me this aide's current certification."
Every RN, LVN, aide, therapist, EMT, and paramedic, current and on file.
"Who signed the current version of this policy?"
Version-tracked sign-offs for every staff member, not a stack of initialed pages.
"Show me your monthly exclusion checks."
A dated OIG screening log for every month, with a named reviewer.
"Walk me through your plan of correction."
Findings, deadlines, and corrections tracked in one place.

Policies & protocols in every pocket

Every answer comes from your own book

Load your protocol book, field guide, or policy manual once. Your medics, nurses, and aides look up the answer on their phone, quoted word for word from your current edition, instead of guessing or calling the supervisor. When your medical director signs off on a new edition, you swap it in and everyone signs the new version.

Your book, not the internet

Answers come only from the protocols and policies you loaded, never a web search.

Every edition signed

Staff sign each edition, and the surveyor file shows who signed which version and when.

Always current

Swap in a new edition and every phone has it. No one works from last year’s binder.

Examples shown are samples. Phone lookup arrives with the next GoodStanding app update, and pilot agencies get it first.

Features

Everything your surveyor or inspector asks for

Survey readiness

A checklist for each program you run, with owners, notes, and evidence files. Log every survey visit, its deadlines, and each finding's plan of correction.

Staff credentials

Staff keep their own licenses and cards current in the free GoodStanding app. You see status and expiration dates update automatically, and log license verifications with proof.

Protocol books & policies

Upload your protocol books and policy manual. Staff look things up on their phones, read and sign, and every signature is filed by version, so you can prove who signed what, and when.

Monthly exclusion screening

Every connected staff member is checked against the federal OIG exclusion list each month, automatically, with a dated, named log of the results.

Registry & background checks

An append-only log of nurse aide registry, misconduct registry, and criminal history checks for your unlicensed staff, with proof attached.

One-click surveyor file

One printable packet: policy index, signature roster by version, exclusion logs, and credential status for every staff member.

Questions

FAQ

Does this replace our EMR or ePCR?

No. Keep Axxess, WellSky, HCHB, ESO, ImageTrend, or whatever you chart and bill in. GoodStanding handles the survey and staff compliance file around it, the part EMRs don't do well.

Who is it for?

Home health agencies, hospices, and EMS: ambulance services, county and city EMS, and fire departments that run EMS, career or volunteer. Pick the programs you run and the checklist adjusts. Agencies that run more than one see one dashboard.

Does it work for a small or volunteer department?

Yes. It was built for small teams without a compliance department. Every member keeps their own cards current in the free app, and pricing is being set with volunteer budgets in mind.

What does it cost?

Pricing is coming soon: one flat monthly price per agency, unlimited staff. Pilots are free while we're in pilot.

Can staff connect to our agency today?

The staff app is on the App Store now for tracking licenses and cards. Connecting to your agency with a join code, so their status shows on your dashboard, comes in the next app update. Pilot agencies get it first.

Do my staff have to pay?

No. The GoodStanding app is free for every clinician. Staff keep their own credentials current; you pay only for the dashboard.

Which states do you support?

All of them. Credentials, policy and protocol sign-offs, and exclusion screening work anywhere in the US, and Medicare survey checklists apply in every state. State licensing and EMS inspection checklists are live for Texas and being added state by state. Tell us your state when you request a pilot.

Does it run our exclusion checks?

The federal OIG check runs automatically every month for each connected staff member, and you clear or confirm any possible match with a note. SAM.gov and your state Medicaid exclusion list are logged in the same record.

Is our data private?

Yes. You see only staff connected to your agency, and only what they choose to share. One agency can never see another.

GoodStanding helps your agency stay organized and survey-ready. It does not replace your administrator, clinical manager, compliance officer, or legal counsel.
